Step 1: Ensure that your headphones are fully plugged into the AUX port inside of the head prism
Step 2: Make sure the cord to the headphones is resting in the notch allocated for the headphone cord on the head prism and that the head prism is not crushing your cord outside of this notch
Step 3: Try another pair of headphones if possible to determine if this is a headphone issue or SoundBed Issue
