OPUS SoundBed Refund Policy

SoundBed Product Refund Policy:

At OPUS we want you to be fully satisfied with your SoundBed purchase. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your SoundBed, you may request a return for a refund within 60 days from the date of delivery.

While there is no restocking fee or other hidden fees please note the following:

Original Shipping Fees -The original shipping fee is not refunded as it is a hard cost.

 

The SoundBed Shipping Box: We recommend all customers to keep your SoundBed box for general transport, service, and the possibility of returns, as few facilities sell boxes large enough for SoundBed - if you require a replacement box there is a flat rate fee of $80USD for us to ship you a new box.

To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Experience team at support@feelopus.com and we will email you a prepaid return shipping label.

Once we receive your returned SoundBed, and we inspect it and verify that it is in undamaged condition, we will issue a full refund of your SoundBed purchase price, less any original shipping fees. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used or or in some cases sent via check or PayPal within approximately 14-21 business days of our receipt of the returned unit, though are usually processed much faster.

 

Reservation Deposit Refunds:

If you have placed a non-binding fully refundable reservation deposit for a SoundBed device and you decide to cancel your reservation before converting it to a final purchase order, OPUS Immersive will refund your reservation deposit in full at any time. To request a refund of your reservation deposit, please contact our Customer Experience team at support@feelopus.com. Reservation deposit refunds will be processed back to the original payment method or in some cases sent via check or PayPal within approximately 14-21 business days, though are usually processed much faster.

 

Reservation Deposits are automatically applied toward your purchase price upon final checkout for the full price of your SoundBed order.

 

Please note that once you convert your reservation to a final purchase order, the original reservation deposit  becomes applied to your SoundBed order which is then subject to the SoundBed Product Refund Policy terms above.

 

If your SoundBed is not functioning properly, please refer to the SoundBed Limited Warranty for coverage of warranty claims.
