Why Do I Need To Reserve SoundBed?

Due to overwhelming demand for SoundBed, we've implemented a reservation system to secure your spot, and to provide you with an exclusive offering. The first step in the purchase process is placing a reservation, which not only guarantees you a manufactured SoundBed unit, but also helps us stay on track with our production timeline.

Once your reservation is confirmed, you will receive an email invitation with a link to complete your full order. Finally, once completed, you will be given a delivery window and batch number to keep track of your shipment (example: April-May, Batch 2). Since we fulfill SoundBeds in the order they are received, this information will help you understand where you currently are in line for delivery.  

For example, a customer who completed their full SoundBed order and received an estimated delivery window/batch number of April-May, Batch 2 will receive their SoundBed before a customer who placed their order and received an estimated delivery window/batch number of May-June, Batch 1.
