The process to stop your ShopPay installments is simple:
1) Email customer support at support@feelopus.com requesting a refund.
2) Customer service will issue you a refund check and mail it to the address of your choice.
3) Upon clearing of the funds from your deposited check, log into your ShopPay account and pay off the balance of your ShopPay installment plan.

This will clear your remaining ShopPay balance and stop all remaining payments. Optionally you can then close your ShopPay account if you like.
