Currently SoundBed is designed to be used with a Wi-Fi network with an active internet connection.
SoundBed downloads sessions to it's local storage upon being played and streams to SoundBed. (which is especially useful when there is low bandwidth available)
If you want to play sessions without a reliable internet connection, you'll need to connect it to a reliable connection at least once and play the sessions through to completion that you wish to be available offline.
You phone connects directly to your SoundBed via bluetooth and will play previously downloaded sessions even if a reliable WiFi connection is not available.
In the near future we will be releasing a more advanced offline mode which will more easily manage session downloading and playing for offline use.
